golf tournament

This is the sign up sheet for the Montclair Men's Golf Association End of Season Classic Tournament to be held on

November 13th and 14th with a 9 AM shot gun start.

There will be a Sunday Dinner/Brunch following the completion of play followed by the Awards Ceremony.

This tournament has a dual format as follows:

Saturday: Modified Scramble 3 play a scramble and 1 plays his own ball. The team score will be the total of the scramble and the individual ball, both Gross and Net. Each player must have a minimum of 2 individual scores.

Sunday: A/B plays alternate shot after the best drive and the C/D play a scramble with no minimum drives. The team score will be the combination of the alternate shot score and the scramble, both gross and net.

100% handicap individual, 50% handicap scramble, and 50% of the combined handicap for alternate shot

Entry fee - $65.00 - includes meal and tournament prizes

Once you submit your name & email address a confirmation email will be sent to you and the golf Tournament Chairman.

Your name will be placed on the sign-up sheet at the club.
