golf tournament

This is the sign up sheet for the Montclair Men's Golf Association Spring Classic Golf Tournament to be held on

April 11th and 12th with a 7:30 AM first tee time.

Format: Four man team point quota, blind draw, each player subtracts their handicap from "36" which identifies how many points each player must make to breakeven. (Example, a 12 handicapper must make 24 points to breakeven, player makes 26 points, player is plus 2, player makes 20 points, player is minus four). Points will be totalled by each player and team accumulation will be made at the end of each round. Points will be awarded as follows:

* 6 points for eagle, 4 points for birdie, 2 points for par, 1 point for bogey

* Teams will be drawn by committee by A, B, C, D skills

* Entry fee - $50.00 - includes Tournament prizes

Once you submit your name & email address a confirmation email will be sent to you and the golf Tournament Chairman.

Your name will be placed on the sign-up sheet at the club.
